Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Banana
- 2 TBSP 100% Real Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 – 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Vanilla (optional)

How to make it
- Add almond milk, eggs, egg white, banana, maple syrup, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray, or add 1 TBSP butter or coconut oil to the skillet.
- Pour pancake batter into the heated skillet in small circles. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and add favorite toppings!
