Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Northerly rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
