How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, nuts, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add oil and honey or maple syrup. Stir until every oat is coated. Pour into your prepared pan and spread in an even layer. 
  4. Bake 21-24 minutes, stirring halfway through. 
  5. Let the granola cook completely, top with dried fruit, then break it up into clusters, and enjoy!
