Ingredients

 

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 4 Cups Water (Divided)

How to make it

 

1. For best results, soak oats in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then rinse. 

2. Blend soaked and rinsed oats together with 2 cups of water. 30 seconds should be good. Don’t over-blend, it can make your mixture slimy. 

3. Pour your blend through a fine mesh strainer.

4. Use your oat milk right away, or store in a airtight container up to four days.
