Northerly works to ship your products as fast as possible. Once your products are shipped, it should take about 4 business days to arrive (longer deliver times if for bulk orders and timelines are quoted for each shipment). RETURNS
U.S. Northerly customers receive a 30-day money back guarantee on their first oats purchase*. To return your first purchase:
  1. • Email us at orders@northerly.ag with your order number to request a return shipping label.
  2. • Send back your oats.
  3. • When we receive your return we’ll refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
If you are an existing Northerly customer and don’t love your latest oats purchase, please email us at orders@northerly.ag with your order number and tell us why you didn’t like it and how we can make it better.
*Refunds are limited to $100. Our refund policy subject to change without notice.
