For the smoothie base

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen berry blend
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1 cup ice

How to make it

  1. Add berries, banana, peanut butter, milk, and ice cubes to your blender.
  2. Blend on low until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency.
  3. Pour smoothie base into a serving bowl.
  4. Top with granola (we like to make our own using Northerly oats!), fresh fruit, and any other toppings of your choice.
